Super fun road trip time!!
Oct. 7th, 2014 11:10 amJoshua checks his phone and lets out an irritable sigh when he sees that its half past noon – a half hour later than when they’d been scheduled to leave. And it was raining now too. Just delightful. Thirty minutes of being stuck outside under this dreadful awning and without so much as an idea of when Neku would actually see fit to show his face. The car he finally has pulled up in is plain hideous, to boot – a rust bucket that doesn’t seem fit to carry them more than a few miles.
If Neku’d had any hopes of this road trip going smoothly, he was going to find himself out of luck. Being less than punctual was bad enough, but to be this egregiously late? Downright distasteful.
Joshua walks up to the driver’s seat as the window rolls down and peers inside. “My, my…fashionably late there, aren’t you Mr. Chauffeur? And here I thought you were taking this assignment seriously.”
You’re going to be hearing about this for a while, Neku.
“Be a dear, would you? And put my things in the backseat.” He motions behind him to a ridiculous mountain of baggage that looks like it could last a few weeks rather than a few days.
